We manufacture premium grade rifle barrels, our barrels are single point cut rifled and hand lapped using 416R stainless steel​ . This produces very uniform bore dimensions and rifling twist rate which is a must for optimum accuracy. The hand lapping leaves a superior finish in the bore that reduces fouling, cleans up easily and maintains accuracy even after long strings of shots. We start by drilling the barrel blanks and then contouring them to their final shape. This way all the heavy machining is done to the barrel prior to bore reaming and rifling, this ensures tighter tolerances to the finished bore and groove dimensions. Finally the barrels are hand lapped and polished.
